Carrier Reference Map Improvements!

Introducing the Carrier Reference Map

The Carrier Reference Map is now live in the CRM — giving agents a centralized, interactive resource to quickly find carrier information by state, copy client-facing details, and flag inaccuracies for correction, all without leaving the platform.

Here's a breakdown of what it does and how to use it.

Accessing the Carrier Reference Map

The map lives inside the Resources tab in the CRM. Click it to open an interactive panel that slides out over your current page — no new tab, no navigation away from what you're working on.

Finding Carriers by State

Once the map is open, select any state to view the carriers available in that region. Coverage categories include:

  • ACA carriers

  • Medicare

  • Dental

  • Vision

  • Ancillary

  • Life

  • Group benefits

This makes it fast to identify which carriers are operating in a given state before jumping into a client conversation.

Reviewing Carrier-Specific Details

Selecting a specific carrier pulls up a detailed information panel. Fields available include:

  • Counties served

  • Customer service number

  • Member portal

  • Broker portal

  • Provider directory

  • Drug formulary

These details are designed to help you answer client questions accurately and on the spot.

Copying Information for Client Communication

Individual fields can be copied and pasted directly into emails, chat messages, or contact notes. For situations where you need everything at once, the Copy Carrier Info button at the top of the map copies all client-facing carrier details in a single action.

Flagging Inaccuracies

If something looks wrong — an incorrect phone number, email address, or website — you have two options:

  • Flag the specific field to report a data error and submit the correct information

  • Use the general issue option to report a technical problem, such as a link not working or copy not functioning properly

Submitted corrections are routed directly for review, and the responsible party is notified so the database can be updated promptly.

What's Coming

The Carrier Reference Map is actively being developed. Planned enhancements include integration with onboarding emails and policy data. If you have feedback or want to request additional data fields, submit it through the platform — those inputs directly shape what gets built next.

The Carrier Reference Map is available now in the Resources tab of your Max Methodology CRM.
